Live Oak Camp
Running the Gobi for Live Oak
You may know this about us both (Lucy & Jack) - we love camp, we love running, and we love adventures. We’re so grateful to have the opportunity to take on an epic adventure this month, a 250-mile run across the Gobi Desert. Before, during, and after our run, we’re fundraising $15,000 for Live Oak so that great kids from across New Orleans can have their own adventures at summer camp and on wilderness trips to Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Texas, and Guatemala. We hope you’ll consider supporting.
ABOUT Annual Appeal 2026
In 2025, we distributed nearly $750,000 in scholarship funds so that Live Oak could serve great kids and families from across New Orleans. In 2026, we're setting out to do that, and more.
